Once upon a time there was Meg's adopt-a-girl, a place in which you had the chance to adopt one of your favourite Tori Amos songs. The song would be yours, and yours only, as long as you kept online the certificate saying that you owned it.
Many lonely songs had the chance to find loving parents who would take good care of them, showing their support for Tori.

What happened then was that Meg's great idea became religion. In other words, considering how many great artists are out there, and the lovely songs they did, people started making songs adoption sites for their favourite artists. That's how we get to here and now, with my R.E.M. song adoption centre.
